Castaways is seeking an ambitious and experienced full-time Yacht Broker to join our sales team. As a Yacht Broker, this person will be responsible for selling Beneteau, Gran Turismo, Swift Trawler and Monte Carlo yachts, the continued growth of Castaways’ yacht brokerage, and continuing to develop long term relationships with clients. Castaways will provide immense resources to Yacht Brokers, with emphasis on print and internet marketing, state-of-the art website, and consistent boat show participation. In addition, the Yacht Broker will:

· Develop long standing relationships with yacht owners and prospective buyers

· Effectively communicate and negotiate with high net-worth individuals

· Utilize Castaways aggressive advertising program, including YachtWorld.com

· Participate in boat shows throughout the east coast, to include Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, Newport and New York.

· Collaborate with Castaway’s lead management system to organize and manage leads

· Continue to provide after sales support for yacht buyers and owners

· Work independently, while also collaborating with other brokers in a team environment

We are seeking a Yacht Broker Sales Representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• 2+ Years Experience as a Yacht Broker with an established client base
• Strong communication, organizational and entrepreneurial skills
